HOW TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

  1. Contact Your Club Directly: Most issues can be resolved quickly by speaking directly with your club's head instructor or management.
  2. Submit a Formal Complaint: If your concern has not been adequately addressed, please use the form below to submit a formal complaint to our Head Office.
  3. What Happens Next: All complaints are logged and reviewed by our senior management team. We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days.
  4. Investigation: We will investigate your complaint thoroughly, which may involve speaking with staff members and other relevant parties.
  5. Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days. You will receive a response outlining our findings and any actions taken.
