Huge Congratulations to all the members of the Carlson Gracie
Revolution Team on their success at the IBJJF European Championships
in Lisbon. With Medals in all belt divisions from white belt to Black
belt the Team were rewarded with second place in the Masters and
Seniors team event.

Everyone feels inspired to continue training with renewed vigour and
we will return next year to go one better.

Ryan Bearegard, 2008 World Champion will be teaching a seminar on Saturday 22nd January at 12 mid-day for two hours. Cost is £20.

Judo class is cancelled but 2 pm class is on as normal.

The Thursday Yoga class is cancelled for 8 weeks, it will restart in February.

The class on Tuesday at 10 am is still on.
